Two years ago today, I was in Gelsenkirchen for th Two years ago today, I was in Gelsenkirchen for the Eras Tour. 🖤❤️💛

@taylorswift says “I remember it all too well,” but to be completely honest, I don’t remember it at all.

I paid a massive price physically and mentally just to be there, and the crash afterward was heavy. But looking at these photos, I know with everything in me that it was worth every ounce of energy. It truly was the best night of my life.

I’m so grateful my heart remembers the joy that my brain couldn’t hold onto.

Happy Eras-versary to everyone who was there. ✨

💔You never called it what it was💔 For two years, 💔You never called it what it was💔

For two years, the medical community rewrote my reality. They told me it wasn’t a brain injury. They told me a clear MRI meant I was fine. They turned their lack of knowledge into my pathology. As @taylorswift says, ‘you never called it what it was.’

I am no longer sitting in silence. I am using official medical standards to dismantle the myths, the medical gaslighting, and the systemic failures faced by Post-Concussion Syndrome (PCS) patients in the UK.

✨ New Post Today ✨ A concussion IS a traumatic br ✨ New Post Today ✨

A concussion IS a traumatic brain injury. You do NOT need to lose consciousness to have one. And a clear MRI does NOT mean you are fine.

For two years, I faced systemic medical gaslighting after my head injury. Today, I am breaking the silence.

My open letter to NHS medical professionals dismantles the myths surrounding Post-Concussion Syndrome using their own governing standards it’s live now on my blog. It is time to call it what it is.

❤️Quote of the Week ❤️ For two years, I held onto ❤️Quote of the Week ❤️

For two years, I held onto the anger of being dismissed by the medical system. This week, I am letting go of the need for their validation, and choosing to speak my truth and finally close that chapter.
