New Post Today ✨

I went quiet to survive severe burnout and the daily physical battle of my ongoing concussion. But in that silence, I found the space to reset, grieve, heal, and finally start dreaming again.

A brand new post is up on the blog today. I’m sharing the 5 distinct chapters of my journey—and the songs inspired by @taylorswift that guided me through each one. 🤍🖤

After a summer break from blogging, my latest post is now live! I’m opening up about navigating the school summer holidays with Post-Concussion Syndrome, the crushing guilt of letting rehab slip, and how I stopped breaking myself.

Inspired by @TaylorSwift, I’m sharing how I traded a strict kitchen routine for what I call “VRT – The Concussion Girl’s Version”, turning a “Cruel Summer” into real-world healing with my kids.
