It’s me, hi.
I’m The Concussion Girl. It’s me.
A girl who’s been suffering from post-concussion syndrome (PCS) since the start of 2024. My healing journey has been an emotional and physical rollercoaster. For a long time, I felt ‘broken’ navigating an invisible injury that no one could and can see, and a healthcare system that made me feel like I constantly needed to justify why I was there.
So I decided to tell my story and use it for the good; to help people who, just like me, are struggling with the consequences of a concussion.
I know that one day I will be able to share Taylor Swift’s sentiment.
“hell was the journey but it brought me heaven” 1
Head to my first post ‘Are you ready for it?’ to find out more about me, my injury, my health journey and my obsession with Taylor Swift.
If you’re in a situation like mine, you’re not alone.
